1. Scope of Business & B2B Inquiries

  • Wholesale Nature: This Site is strictly designed for Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions, global trade buyers, sporting goods manufacturers, and wholesale distributors.
  • Inquiry & Quotation System: Visitors may submit inquiries, request material samples, or add products to the quotation cart. Submitting an inquiry or quotation request does not constitute a legally binding sales contract until an official Proforma Invoice (PI) or Sales Confirmation has been issued and confirmed by both parties.

2. Product Specifications & Customization

  • Material Classifications: We provide various synthetic and polyurethane (PU) leather roll materials categorized into Popular, Shiny, Matte, and specialized soccer leather series.
  • Color and Texture Variations: Due to lighting, screen settings, and manufacturing batches, actual leather roll colors and embossing textures may vary slightly from online digital representations. Buyers are strongly advised to request physical samples for testing and verification prior to bulk production.

3. Pricing, Orders, and Payment Terms

  • Pricing: All wholesale prices, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and shipping terms are subject to formal quotation based on specific order volumes (measured in meters or yards) and destination ports.
  • Payment Methods: Payments for bulk orders and sample shipping are accepted via secure international banking channels (such as Telegraphic Transfer / T/T) as specified in our official Proforma Invoice.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

  • Fulfillment: We coordinate global export shipments of our PU leather rolls from our factory or designated ports in China.
  • Delivery Terms: Delivery terms (such as FOB, CIF, EXW) will be clearly agreed upon in the final sales agreement or Proforma Invoice. Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer in accordance with the agreed Incoterms upon shipment.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content included on this Site—such as text, graphics, logos, product images, factory facility photos, and website layout designs—is the property of Fujian Yudeng Textile Co., Ltd. and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized duplication, reproduction, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
